Previously, I used Tadalift and Megalis 20mg as is.
In the same way, when I took Extra Super Tadarise 20mg, after about an hour I was hit with intense dizziness and nausea, and thought I would collapse.
However, over time I recovered, and after that I became extremely stiff and continued to take it every night for three days.
The side effects were quite severe, so I cut it in half, but I still got mild dizziness and nausea.
Now I cut it into 1/3 and use it. However, I feel that the effect itself is the same as when I took one 20mg tablet.
The pills fell apart when I used a pill cutter, so now I use a regular cutter to cut them into thirds, which breaks them neatly and is very reasonable.

I bought it out of curiosity.
