Half of it lasts me about 24 hours, but I take it with stomach medicine and it makes it easier to go to the bathroom.

The erection effect lasted a really long time which was great, but it didn't help my premature ejaculation at all lol
I have a pretty severe premature ejaculation so maybe that can't be helped.
But usually I can do it once and that's it, but this time I was able to do it three times so I'm very satisfied! Also, the time it took me to ejaculate got longer each time so maybe that means my premature ejaculation has improved in the end?
But I want to enjoy the first time to the fullest.

As everyone wrote, it was quite effective. I think I can probably continue using it as long as I don't feel like going. My sensitivity didn't worsen. But the side effects were terrible. In my case, I had nausea, headache, and hot flashes, and the headache in particular lasted for two whole days around my eyebrows. If there were no side effects, it would be a really good medicine.

I took 50mg and 100mg, but I didn't feel much effect in preventing premature ejaculation.
When I took 100mg, I got a headache and nausea and couldn't concentrate on the act, but the effect of maintaining an erection was quite good.

Maybe it was a bad idea to take one pill on an empty stomach, but an hour after taking it, my extremities started tingling, and I was hit by three waves of nausea that made me sob, so I barricaded myself in the toilet, but after 10 minutes I was back to normal. Once I got over that, I could become a Super Saiyan. I had a hard time coming. I was too motivated and ended up taking one pill, so I recommend taking a third at first.

I only took half a tablet, but I don't have ED, but I could definitely feel the effect on that. I got an erection right away. It said that alcohol is okay, but it has to be in moderation, not just in small amounts. I couldn't feel any effect on the longevity. If you eat alcoholic meals, you may need to be careful about the amount you drink. The side effects were like the early symptoms of a cold. There didn't seem to be any problem with the combination, so I drank some kakkonto to ease the symptoms.
