Processing Time

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation as we optimize inventory allocation across multiple warehouses to ensure fast dispatch, and you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Important Notice: Recent U.S. tariff changes have impacted international shipping rates. As a result, the shipping fee for orders to the U.S. has been adjusted to a flat rate of  $30. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country customs clearance procedures, which are subject to unpredictable inspection timelines. Usually your order arrives within 10–14 working days.

Customs Clearance

With 13+ years of experience in cross-border pharmaceutical and healthcare product sales, we guarantee full support to ensure successful delivery if your package encounters customs issues. However, please note that 100% clearance success cannot be guaranteed, and in some cases and countries, additional assistance from the customer may be required to provide documentation to customs authorities.

Should any issues arise, our proven solutions include:

  • assisting you in providing required documents (e.g., prescription notes, product certifications)
  • offering guidance on how to communicate with customs authorities to expedite clearance

If clearance fails, you bear zero risk:

  • Free reshipment from alternative warehouses (new address required) to improve the chances of clearing customs
  • Refund if all delivery attempts are unsuccessful
