This is my first purchase. I was worried about side effects, thinking maybe I should take half a tablet because it was my first time, but I took one tablet thinking that if it was too bad, I could take half a tablet next time. As instructed, I took it an hour before sex, but my impression was that it might be better to take it a little earlier.
However, it worked perfectly, just as everyone else wrote! In my case, the only side effect was that my head felt a bit like I hadn't had enough sleep.

If you take a whole tablet, you'll be hard the next day even if you don't do anything, so half a tablet is just right.
It depends on the individual, but if you take it after drinking alcohol, you'll get a heavy stomach and a headache as side effects, so it's a no-no.
If you take it beforehand, around 3pm, and let it be fully absorbed, there will be no side effects even if you drink alcohol in the evening, so I recommend it.
For those with premature ejaculation, it seems to last about 5 minutes longer.
If anything, I use it to get hard and take several shots.

I had been using ED medication, but I had a tendency to ejaculate prematurely, so I tried this.
My erection didn't weaken, and although I usually can't last more than 3 minutes after insertion, I was able to continue for more than 20 minutes.
I think I'll order Super Tadarise again next time.
