Dosage Information

200 mg once daily or 100 mg twice daily

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA):

400 mg initially, followed by 200 mg dose if needed on the first day. On subsequent days, 200 mg twice daily as needed.

Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP):
400 mg twice daily with food, as an adjunct to usual care
