I tried this because I was in my early 50s and had a semi-erection or a mid-erection even when I got a decent erection.
Effect: I took half a tablet of 40mg on Friday night and it worked all Saturday. It wasn't a hard-on, but it was a natural erection like in my 20s.
Side effects: In my case, it was quite nauseous. I tried several other types of tadalafil, but they all caused nausea, and it seemed to last for 1-2 days in a row after the day after taking them. Taking stomach medicine helps to suppress it to some extent.
It probably depends on the person, but in my case, tadalafil itself doesn't suit my constitution. Well, there are other medicines, so I'd like to try various ones and find one that suits my body.
