I take Tadarise every weekend.
If I take it on Friday night, the effects last until Sunday morning, so it's great.
I don't stay erect the whole time, but it goes smoothly when I get it up, and when I do, it feels like it has more of a core than usual.

I take one 40mg tablet divided into eight small pieces. If I take it two hours before the intended use, it's effective until the next day, even though it's such a small amount.
Once I took a 40mg tablet divided into two and got a headache, so I tried making it smaller and smaller to see if it would work. It probably varies from person to person, but I haven't had a headache and I'm taking it again.

Two hours after taking it, I felt a slight flush on my face. It worked well and gave me the erectile strength to handle any situation! I was no longer able to get an erection with my wife, so I bought 10 tablets of 40mg to try out.

I took it about 2 hours after a meal, and even 5mg was effective enough that I could get a firm erection like before with just a little stimulation.

I have severe heartburn that lasts for about 24 hours and I lose my appetite. I read other reviews and it doesn't seem to have any side effects, but I guess it depends on the individual.
However, it's extremely effective, and I'm in a state of stiffness for 3-4 hours after taking it, and despite my age, I still go three rounds every time!
