It's best to take it at least 3 hours after a meal and about an hour before sex. One tablet causes side effects such as dizziness, palpitations, and a stuffy nose that makes it hard to breath. Even for someone 178cm and 89kg, one tablet seems to be too much. Half the dose is enough for it to work. In my case, it extends the duration of sex and eliminates the refractory period. Great
