I thought premature ejaculation was a side effect of ED medication. I didn't know there was a drug that contained premature ejaculation prevention drugs. I bought it right away. I'm looking forward to using it.

I was afraid of the side effects from the reviews, so I tried taking half a tablet.
I suffer from premature ejaculation, so although it does have some preventative effect, I definitely ejaculated prematurely the first time as expected lol
However, from the second time onwards, I was able to go straight into the second round without my penis going limp.

In my case, half to one-third of the recommended amount is enough to achieve sufficient effectiveness, hardness, and duration, but the problem is that I feel the urge to defecate about 30 minutes after taking it.

This is my fourth time taking it, but each time I take it, my body gets used to it and the side effects go away. I've always had a very strong libido and was confident in my erections, but with this drug I was able to maintain an angle I've never seen before for a long time. I don't suffer from premature ejaculation, but it did feel like my glans was numb to some extent. During a threesome the other day, I was able to ejaculate six times in one night and was able to satisfy both women quite well.
