It arrived about a week after I ordered it.
Half a tablet is enough for the effect, but if you want to reduce side effects, you can feel the effect even with 1/3.
Side effects may vary from person to person, so I recommend trying it before the real thing.
In my case, I only had a slight headache and a flushed face, and for some reason, I felt a little nauseous when I yawned.
In this day and age, I think that fever or feeling unwell will cause my partner to misunderstand and worry, so I take antipyretics and painkillers with me.

As the instructions say, take it one hour before sexual intercourse. It's best to take it on an empty stomach, so it's best not to eat anything two or three hours before sexual intercourse.
Half a tablet is effective, so it's best to cut it in half with a pill cutter before taking it. (I just tend to take one tablet lol)
As for side effects, they include a hot face and stuffy nose.
When I took it for the first time, I had a lot of small burps. It wasn't enough to make me vomit, but I did feel a bit upset. It may have been related to the combination of drugs. It is recommended to take it with water.
