My friend told me it was great, so I tried it, but I didn't notice much change, so maybe it didn't suit me. Maybe the effect was weak because I cut it into 1/4 with a pill cutter. Next time I'll try 1/2.

I was surprised to find that it is quite well-known among my mommy friends and that many of them have used it.
So I bought it to give it a try.
I tried it right away, but I guess it just didn't work.
