I have diabetes and take 100mg at a time, and it makes my penis hard during G-stimulation, but when I have sex with a girl, it doesn't get hard. Is it because we're not compatible? I've also tried Varif, but it has the same effect. If anyone has any good ideas, please let me know!

I failed the first time, but the second time I tried it by going fasting for a longer period of time (I didn't eat anything the day before).
I enjoyed the sense of fulfillment that welled up inside me.
If I had to say something, I wish it had been a little longer.

I've tried various things like Shiasma, Barif, and Zaisma, but the erection with the sildenafil-based Vithma and Kamagra is the best. It seems that my partner can tell the difference in hardness too. I take one pill on an empty stomach at around 6pm, drink and eat about an hour later, then take a bath and go to bed, and it's still effective, and it's so big and hard that I don't think it's mine. It lasts all night and lasts until morning, so I can do it in the morning.

You can really feel it working, and it only works for a short time, so it's enough for one night of sex.
However, the high price was a problem, so I was thinking of switching to the generic Kamagra.

I'm in my 20s and it's not that I can't stand up at all, but it's just that I can't stand up if my body isn't compatible or I'm tired (I bought it because it's awkward if I can't stand up with someone for the first time lol).
When I split it in half and used it, I was hard all the time, and even using a third was enough to get me to stand up when I needed to.
However, using more than half the amount or after drinking alcohol sometimes gave me a headache the next day.
