It's more effective if you take it before a meal. I think it's best to take it about 2-3 hours before.
There are some side effects, like stuffy nose and loose stools, but it doesn't cause stomach pain or anything, and it doesn't interfere with the act.

1st time: Took half a tablet. Not much effect? (Maybe because it was my first time?)
2nd time: Took half a tablet. Was able to thrust sufficiently.
3rd time: Took half a tablet. Couldn't come inside so had to ejaculate by hand.
4th time: Took one tablet. Was able to thrust sufficiently. The woman got tired after coming so she fainted (slept?) but we were able to do several sets with a break in between.

I'm fine with ED, but I do have premature ejaculation... I tried using lidocaine before, but both the spray and cream would stop the flow during sex... So Pozet is very easy to use. It's generic, so the price is reasonable, which is really helpful!

This is a must-have for those who suffer from premature ejaculation. Until now, I was unable to control my ejaculation, and after ejaculation, I felt more of a sense of loss than pleasure, but now I feel a sense of accomplishment. It took a week from ordering to getting it to my house! I was thinking that it would never arrive even if I slept or woke up, and it actually took a week. It took a week to get it. It's slow. Please deliver it faster next time! By fast, I don't mean premature ejaculation!
