It certainly lasts a long time (about two nights as advertised) and erections occur naturally when sexually stimulated, which is good, but my face was hot and my head was a little dizzy for about two days. What was more painful than that was the side effect of "calf fatigue." By the way, I took half the 20mg dose, so I used 20mg. I've never tried other drugs, so I think this one probably has no side effects.

I was using Cialis, and since it has the same ingredients, I bought this for the first time. I actually tried it, and it was just as effective, and the side effects weren't too bad, so I was happy. I often use it on the weekends, and I take it on Friday night and it works well until Sunday. The long duration makes it easy to use, so I'll keep buying it!

The product arrived 13 days after payment.
Since it was my first time, I divided it into 4 parts using a pill cutter and took 10mg on an empty stomach.
Even after more than an hour, I didn't experience any noticeable side effects.
I'm 172cm and 70kg.
As for the effectiveness, it's effective.
