I've been suffering from premature ejaculation for a while, and I was looking for something I could do about it, and I found Prilox. It's a local anesthetic, so I was a little scared to try it out, but it worked. My glans is sensitive, so I applied it generously and it lasted quite a while. However, applying too much can be a real problem. It's not good at all. It was even worse if I was wearing a condom. I guess it's a local anesthetic after all. I think a little bit of it on your fingertip is enough at first. It's best to try it as many times as you can until you find the right amount for you.

The instructions say to apply the compress 30 minutes before sex, but for me it seems to be more effective to apply it 40 minutes before.

Prilox is the best! My premature ejaculation problem was solved in no time. It's a hot topic among my friends now (how many of my friends have premature ejaculation? lol)

Just by applying it, it extends the time until ejaculation.
My partner is also satisfied with it, so I have no complaints.

This was my first time using something like this. I was scared to use it for real, so I tried it out first. It came with a strange plastic stick, but I didn't use it and just applied the cream to my private parts with my bare hands. After about 30 minutes, I lost all feeling. I could feel my fingertips as well as my private parts! I found out later that it was a stick for applying the cream. It's extremely effective. If I see something erotic, I get a boner. If I want to cum, I can cum easily. If I don't want to, I can't cum. The only drawback is that it seems impossible to get a blowjob. I recommend it to people who can tolerate that. I don't have any problems with it, so I'll keep using it. Actually, I bought it again.

In my case, I just apply a very small amount to the frenulum and it's just right!
My premature ejaculation has improved a lot since before, but my sensitivity is still moderate.

I used to love Lido spray, but I couldn't get it anymore, so I was looking for something better. I was hesitant to try this because I thought it would be a pain to apply it since I'd only ever used the spray type, but it worked. I'm satisfied with the sensation of being numb. It's a shame that the effect wears off a little quickly, but if you use it within an hour, it's not a problem.
